Holiday Stress Release Class

Learn the basics of how our brains work in relationship to stress and how we can re-wire our reactions and entrain a better way when faced with holiday, work, or any other daily stress. This class includes two short, easy guided meditations and will be given both online and in person at the Sanctuary Studio.

For in-person attendees, please bring a yoga mat to lay on, as well as a blanket and/or pillow if you like. Please arrive with enough time to get settled before the event begins.
