Amid all the leftover chocolate, sugar cookies, and endless sweets this time of year (and well, let's be honest, EVERY DAY), remember to nourish your brain. Our brains are energy and fuel hogs. Ideally, yummy delicious fats, lots of leafy greens, carbs from veggies, and protein from grass-fed, pasture raised sources. And: SPICES!
